This spring (2017) two short 15 minute films were released by Telesur, the first english language films to be made about the zad. The first is about the history of the zone.
The second is about how the zone works, its self organisation, commons and farms.
The Dartmouth films are planning to return to the zad to make longer feature at the end of the year.
